Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

Was excited to use it, finally, but the base of the wheel section completely cracked and gave way. I tried contacting Samsung through their customer service contact, but never received a call/email back. Super frustrating since its not a cheap piece of luggage. Would appreciate any help on an exchange or return. PLEASE!

Samsonite doesnt disappoint with this practical luggage. The hard side and design keeps it sturdy and safe for the inside contents.

On second use, cracked from flight with Delta airlines. Was using the large size. Damaged and can not get replaced by Delta. Not enough room and did not maneuver very well.

The problem with this suitcase is that it opens in the middle. This causes all of your clothing to fall out when it is unzipped. I have also used it twice and the handle is already broken off.

Bought these over the old Samsonite suitcase I also purchased on here and let me tell you I am so pleased! The zipper is smoother, the wheels maneuver better, and it’s lightweight enough that it won’t effect the overall baggage weight, but it’s shell is also thick enough that it isn’t just going to crack in half after a few hard trips.

This product is very deceiving the picture was 3 luggages big medium smaller and was so surprising that it was just one piece when it said 3 even the description says 3 luggages and only one small piece came iam returning this please be honest in your advertising you should only delivered 1 luggage and u claim it was 3 pcs very frustrating

Perfect for light travel and long distance. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Expandable for lots of clothing. Would buy again.

We werent able to travel with this suitcase much because of COVID. On our second use, it cracked and is no longer usable.

The zipper on the inside was damaged. Its missing the pull. My choice is to return it and buy it at twice the price.
