Overall this is a great bag. Made of good quality. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my grandson, so he has yet to receive it. My only complaint is that the leather strap that snaps the handles together, a snap has come apart when I tried to unsnap it. And now before I can give it as a gift, I now have to find and pay someone to fix it. This has made me very disappointed,since it is new and never been used.

I really like the sturdiness of the bag and the many pockets and zippers. I would have liked one that is a little smaller so it would fit better under airplane seats, but this will work well for my purposes.

I bought the Wowbox Duffle Bag for a weekend trip and it was just perfect for my weekend getaway. It has a large amount of space for all of my stuff and the shoe container was a nice touch and allowed me to easily store a pair of shoes. On the inside of the bag, there is a place to store cards and paper and on the outside of the bag, the pockets were easily accessible. I would recommend this as a roomier weekender bag to anyone looking for a trip of several days without question.

I really wanted a duffel bag that did NOT have a shoe compartment in it. This one didnt show a shoe compartment in the pictures and didnt advertise one, however, when I got it, I found that it does have one. This means there is a HUGE piece of fabric that is sewn into one side so that when you put your shoes in the bag, they take up a good portion of the inside of the bag. I was going to send the bag back, but the bag is so well made and I loved every other thing about it, so I decided to keep it. I hate the extra material and may try to cut it out and resew it but I have used the bag and the extra material didnt seem to be in the way too much. Also, the bag comes with a nice separate, small bag to put your shoes in, before placing them in the bag.

This product actually lived up to my expectations. It is solidly built, and wide enough for me to pack a week’s worth of clothing. It was lightweight enough for me (elderly woman) to handle when full. This is a quality product that I suspect will last a very long time.

A bit smaller than I envisioned, but that is OK. Leather pockets are just decorative magnetic snaps that dont really stay in place. Shoe pocket should expand bag, but does not.

This is the second WOWBOX product I have purchased, and I plan to purchase more in the future. The first product I bought was the 15.6” messenger bag; It has lasted me years and continues to be attractive and useful. I was so impressed that I also bought this duffel. I continue to be impressed. Their products are stylish, durable, affordable, and operate more effectively than advertised. I highly recommend these products.

This bag is stylish, sturdy, roomy. I used it for literally 3 day/2 night trip - 2 shirts, 2 pants, house pants, house shorts (pjs..) undies, socks, toiletries and shoes, windbreaker jacket. with room to spare. It fit just fine in overhead bin on the plane and because it is not hard side, it can be sort of pushed to a side to leave plenty of rooms for other bags. plenty of exterior pockets which I like so I can have quick access to my Kindle - and I also like an outside pocket with easy access for emptying pockets for TSA screening - money, keys, Chapstick, pen =- you know - pocket stuff... alll in one spot.

This bag is very well made. Ive had it for a little over a year, and it has held up wonderfully. It is very sturdy and high-quality. It is designed to be useful and convenient. And it is very attractive! I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed!

I never leave reviews but man, this is a 5-star company. I received my Wowbox bag on Monday and it was the perfect size for my travel needs and I really like the waterproof bag for shoes. I noticed an issue with the bag and reached out via the card provided (they got back to me immediately). The company insisted on getting me a new bag and now it is Wednesday and I have it, problem solved. Thats crazy good service, I reported the issue after 4 PM on Monday and had the issue fixed within 2 days! I would buy again because its a great bag but mainly because of how kind they are.
