I never leave reviews but man, this is a 5-star company. I received my Wowbox bag on Monday and it was the perfect size for my travel needs and I really like the waterproof bag for shoes. I noticed an issue with the bag and reached out via the card provided (they got back to me immediately). The company insisted on getting me a new bag and now it is Wednesday and I have it, problem solved. Thats crazy good service, I reported the issue after 4 PM on Monday and had the issue fixed within 2 days! I would buy again because its a great bag but mainly because of how kind they are.

Have had mine for almost a year now. I travel(ed) frequently for work and this has held up well as an overnight or long weekend bag. For air travel, Ive only used it as a carry on and would be very hesitant to ever check it, however. The various pockets are also a great feature to help me keep small things separate without putting them in small baggies or anything.

This is the second WOWBOX product I have purchased, and I plan to purchase more in the future. The first product I bought was the 15.6” messenger bag; It has lasted me years and continues to be attractive and useful. I was so impressed that I also bought this duffel. I continue to be impressed. Their products are stylish, durable, affordable, and operate more effectively than advertised. I highly recommend these products.

This is a beautifully made soft bag/piece of luggage to add to your collection. What a great bargain! I was amazed how beautiful it was, and well-made, for the price. Its durable on the outside (canvas with leather straps and accents and beautiful hardware) and the choice of colors is excellent. Mine is a rich gray color (no really! can you believe that gray cold look rich? I didnt until now) that goes with everything (my set of hard luggage is maroon, and this bag compliments those pieces nicely). Also, its so utilitarian—two big pockets with magnetic snaps on the outside plus a large zippered compartment, and two large pockets and zipper compartment on the inside. It also has a soft durable brown lining on the inside. I love this bag and am so glad I bought it. Oh, did I mention its great bargain at $60! I love it.

I was looking for a grown-up duffel bag as I was tired of using gym bags to pack for a weekend away. There is plenty of room for clothes and electronics. I used this a few times since I originally purchased (along with the toiletry bag). The first use was as a overnight bag for the birth of my daughter. It was great. It held a few days worth of clothes, electronics, snacks, some footwear. With the room being a little tight on space the bag fit in many different areas and held up great to being constantly moved around. Having a few other trips with it, it is comfortable to travel with and I really like the look of the bag. It is a heck of a lot more professional (and adult) looking then running around the airport or hotel with a gym bag. The other part that I really enjoyed was the customer service. There was a slight defect on the first bag that was shipped. I returned and got a new bag no questions asked. Again, the bag I have now is great!

I purchased this about a month ago, but only recently had the chance to use it on my trip to visit family during the holidays. I was so pleased that the duffel was able to hold so much clothes (enough for 4 days worth of travel for 2 people), as well as all of our toiletries (soaps, toothbrushes, lotions, etc.). It made traveling so much easier, as it usually takes us 3 bags to pack all our stuff, but everything fit inside this duffel! It also doesnt hurt that the bag is very stylish, and seems pretty sturdy as well!

I LOVE this bag! Admittedly, I was looking for something a bit more feminine to replace the backpacks I typically used. I wanted a fun weekend bag, and spent a fair amount of time searching the web for what met my needs. I kept coming back to this bag because it had the extra pockets I wanted for organizing and I loved the leather accents. I was more than pleased when it arrived. Its very spacious and the extra pockets had zipper closures, in addition to the thick leather flaps with magnetic snap buckles. I got the gray canvas with brown leather trim and its gorgeous. The only minor thing Im not crazy about is the extensive shoe compartment. Most would consider this a plus, but Id prefer the inner shoe compartment to be smaller in size. Not a deal breaker, by any means - I just pack it differently. Ive had many compliments on this bag. Its extremely durable and gorgeous - be prepared for referral orders :)

This is a great canvas + leather duffel which has more room than you might imagine from a quick glance. One of the side compartments easily accommodated two pairs of my shoes + slippers, and the other side pocket held all my toiletries/cosmetics, The front pockets are great for all sorts of small items. The large main compartment includes two good sized slip pockets + a generous zipper pocket and has plenty of room for a 2-3 day weekends worth of clothes or as a carry-on for plane travel. YES, definitely recommended.

I really like the sturdiness of the bag and the many pockets and zippers. I would have liked one that is a little smaller so it would fit better under airplane seats, but this will work well for my purposes.
