Used this when I bought my F300 and it busted the PVC housing. Added a hose clamp and it continued to break up. Should have used 2 from the get go. Maybe would have lasted more than 2 years. Going with the Motor Stiks.

Have always used the bracket on our engine to travel with. Then read an article how that puts a lot of stress on the bracket and transom. Bought his for our 225 2 stroke for transportation. It works great and gives the lower unit enough clearance when drivydown the road.

Very well made and fits my Yamaha 250 SHO perfectly.
