Just installed this so waiting to see how it works. In the reviews I see that some were lost in the water. I drilled a hole and put an eye bolt in to tie it to the boat.

Perfect motor support

Works perfectly for my Yamaha F200. I feel much better about trailering now that I have this. A little pricey but the cost of what its protecting is lot more expensive! Be sure to only use it on the port side though. The starboard side has a grease fitting that could be damaged by this product. Keeps motor tilted at the right angle for travel. Someone else pointed out that it doesnt float so dont forget to remove it before backing into the water.

Does as intended. Easy to use and supports the motor from side to side movement. Holds the engine in place when traveling.
