Just a day of use by an infrared heater burned it up. Scary! Do not buy.

Working well so far! My AC and 120V car Charger kept tripping the 15anp ones I had. These have been working well since install. Will update if any issues.

Received my first plug in mid-November, setup went well but it would not send power to the product. Sent me a replacement that worked as advertised and had been fine since 12/1/22 when I installed it, until today (2/14/23) when it started to do the same thing as the original (switch lights up but no power passes through).

Works great. Plug is in garage and still has no problems with wifi or remote control.

I liked that it was a 20 amp. However it’s the only plug that I’ve gotten that won’t connect to Wi-Fi! Can’t find number for the 2 year warranty. Have had it since June for a small fan.

Item stopped working 4 days after return window...how do i get a replacement or return for a refund?

I bought this 20A smart plug to control my 19A air compressor. The plug stopped working after a few uses with my air compressor. I could turn the plug ON and OFF manually and with the app, but no power was delivered to my air compressor. The 20A rating would appear to be a false claim since19A fried the plug. I also had a hard time setting it up. I could not get it auto-configured and had to manually add it using the Smart Life app. I tried adding it to Google Home and was not able to get that to work. Also, as you can see in the photo, you will need a microscope to read the provided instruction sheet. Maybe I got a bad unit, but I had a 1 star experience with this product. Its on its way back to Amazon as I type this.

Set up was a little confusing at first, but once the first one was connected and working, the others were a snap!

Works great with my window ac unit. Very recommended
