I have been using the Z-wave and Zigbree devices for many years now.. I have over 30 different plugs and outlets through out the house using that Z-wave plus technology.. Im very happy with this particular one.. Its very reliable and easy to use.. Thank you for a good product!

They do work with SmartThings hub, but I was unable to add them via the new app as they are not listed as a compatible brand and search did not find them. Had to add them via the SmartThings Classic app. They are now visible and functioning as expected in the new app. Instructions are vague and clearly not translated well. Overall a good value, but I am an experienced smart home geek and these gave me some trouble setting them up.

Bought a few of these to add to my HomeAssistant Zwave mesh. Added to HomeAssistant with no issues. Have a light connected to the smart plug and a dehumidifier connected to the always on. Been rock solid thus far.

I’ve got a tone of smart plugs and switches all tied via zwave or zigbee using home assistant as my system to manage it all. This plug gets picked up quickly and works every time. I have this plugged in behind a couch and I do have to keep the couch off the plug because the on/off button is easy to press and directly on the front. I would have preferred the side of the unit.

Garbage. Deleted all the zwave devices on my network. Do not buy this.

Ill start off by saying, the original listing I bought this from says its currently unavailable, but it is the same company selling. Again, dont listen to negative reviews that say it doesnt work or its difficult to set up. Even with limited tech knowledge, one should be able to follow the extremely basic and straightforward instructions that are included. I can also confirm this does indeed work with the Ring Alarm base station/hub via Z-Wave/Z-Wave Plus. The Ring base station/hub also contains a ZigBee radio, however, it is currently not enabled by Ring. Once set up, Alexa/Echo devices should be able to discover and control immediately.

Update - May 6 2023. EVA Logik saw my review and reached out with impeccable support and care for their product to ensure they are working correctly. Im impressed with such support and resolve and wouldnt hesitate to buy more of these units with such customer care response and assurance. A good seller. Ive purchased over 8 of these and this one is the only one giving me an issue. Every so often, it cuts out -- wont respond to commands and just freezes up until its unplugged and plugged back in again. I also have over 70 other zwave units in my house and this one is the only one exhibiting such behavior. Of course, its past the 30 day return mark. I cant find any references to a firmware upgrade or re-install so perhaps the mfg will see this and respond. Other than that, its a good unit for the money and I also have 11 of their zw39 dimmers -- they work well.

This is a wonderful z-wave switch. It is well constructed and a sleek design. It easily paired to my Vera hub in seconds. I also like the fact that it has both a dedicated outlet as well as a switched outlet. A dependable switch!

I purchased two of these in August 2021 to use with two different lamps, and as of January 2023, they are both failing. There’s something wrong with the dimming mechanism. Whenever I use Alexa to turn them off, they do turn off, but Alexa says something went wrong. Then when I turn them back on, I get the same error tone from Alexa, and the dimmers have been set to 1%. I purchased two of the same switches, but without dimmers, at the same time, and they are still working. I have a ton of smart switches that I’ve had for years longer than these two switches, and all of them are still working as well as the day I bought them. These switches are way too expensive to be failing after a year and a half.
