18-04-2025I got this to keep small feeder insects in their tank, but still be able to feed them easily. Somehow the crafty little buggars still get out... My next idea is to sew a wire screen mesh on the inside, to help contain the tinier critters. Otherwise, its been a great lid. Just be ready to do some extra work if youre trying to contain pinhead crickets, or baby madagascar hissing roaches. Its perfect, and more than adequate for everything else.

Greater than one weekFor perfect on 10g tank, I did have to buy clips from pet store but other than that, it was perfect for my baby corn snake!

> 3 dayFits my terrarium exactly. The door opens easily, and latches securely, which is important because the cat licks her lips every time she sees my robust mice. Just what I needed. And the clips that I bought for the cover hold it on securely

Greater than one weekIt fit perfectly on my aquarium, and I like the door on top I use for easy access.

> 3 dayVery nice. Fits well on my 20 gallon but I would recommend buying clips with it. The door works well but it is a little difficult to screw and unscrew the lock. The lock also looks quite fragile. Its good quality and is made with secure metal instead of cheap mesh. It keeps my daughters mice IN, while they were formerly know to have a habit of escaping.

> 3 dayI bought this screen cover to use on a 10 gallon tank with a small snake. The hatch does not secure flush with the rest of the screen cover and can be easily pushed up to allow small animals such as snakes and geckos to escape. I would not recommend using this screen cover for any animal that can fit through small spaces.
