Zoo Med Desert UVB & Heat Lighting Dual Kit, 100 Watt

I’ve been using this for over a year. It’s still holding up well. Of course I’ve had to change the bulbs, but I’ve never had any issues with the bulbs going out too quick or anything, when they’re in the holder. You could probably get a little fancier, if you wanted with a different kit. Yet, for the price point this is all you really need if your just getting started. I’d recommend this.

These dome fixture by ZooMed keep giving me trouble. Something with the sockets and wiring. My bulbs will cut on and off and flicker. This happened with my dual fixture as well as the single one beside it. Ive tried tightening the ceramic but it still acts crazy when it wants to. I get concerned that a bulb is going to bust, or hell be cold when i wake up one day. Totally unsafe and frustrating!!! I returned one but Ill probably have to replace my single one too.

We used these dual lights for our baby bearded lizard. It works absolutely wonderful and keeps Allie nice and warm like shes supposed to be!

Don’t use for your bearded dragon. The heat isn’t powerful enough and neither is the UVB

Bought Nov 22, 2017. The description said up to 150W but the box and sticker on the dome says up to 100W. So we had to buy another dome. Not thrilled, but ok. Final straw.... on Jan 1, 2018 the UVB bulb went out. See photo. Just lasted over a month. Do not recommend this combo purchase at all. Two stars because the dome works.

Item was what i expected. The same as what is sold in the pet store only cheaper. It worked well except the UVB lightbulb didnt work out of the box. Bought a replacement bulb and all is fine now but didnt save any money in the end.

Works great. Bought a 3 way timer and its failproof. Added another uv strip light as this uv I felt was to localized to one specific area!

Great product, really good price. Also the bulb didnt go out yet even though other reviews say it will and I always used zoo med bulbs and last one I had lasted for almost two years. This is a really good deal and I use it for my turtle who needs the same type of bulb as a bearded dragon, and to get in in my local pet store it would cost $80.If you dont have screen cover you need to buy a stand separately for about $20 here is a link

The lamp worked great for almost a year and then one side quit working. We used the correct bulbs from the same company. Will not buy again.
