First of all this item did not come brand new!! It was placed in a ziplock bag. This is very useless!!

Hard to use for a non technical person

Worked perfectly. Removed the password quickly. Saved me a lot of money.

A top notch computer place wanted to charge me two hundred dollars to do what this little gadget did for way less. It comes with easy instructions and took about 5 minutes to do.

call 3 pc stores some said cant do nothing 2 said $300.00 but laptop my no be good anymore and might not get me anything from laptop put the usb stick change password everything is like new everything came back

i got this to retrieve the password to get into the tec part of the program , i got as far as it was ready but tablet said it wasnt a reboot memory stick. So I had to reset the tablet to factory specks,
