The instructions were very cumbersome and very difficult to follow.

I keep trying to get this item to work to no avail. Boots but doesnt load actual tool program just sits there. I followed instructions and nothing. Used tools to make sure nothing is encrypted, check. Restarted many many many many many many times nothing. How can it boot but refuses to load actual password zapper or reset program. Very angry and displeased I just want my laptop back without wiping or losing data.

It worked as promised if you follow the instructions word to word after stumbling along I was able to reset my administrator password on my wifes computer, safe again.

It doesnt work. My computer says it isnt a password reset tool. I have to take my computer to a repair shop. This was a waste of money.

It’s a bit difficult to navigate through the sparse instructions, which seem contradictory to your purpose. However, once I got it working, it worked as expected. I would definitely recommend this product.

I got this less than an hour ago. It took ten minutes to be successful. If I had carefully followed directions, it wouldnt taken half that time. Impatience on my part. Also, the f key to hit for my hp laptop to select the boot menu was correct on the instructions. I googled it first and the instructions from those results were wrong. I also am not especially computer savvy when it comes to troubleshooting and I was able to use this.

It worked for me. At first I thought it didnt work. Then I got some help and I just needed to get into the reboot menu screen to load the ZAPPER USB. After that it was easy to use, and unlocked all my accounts for windows 8.

Does not work with windows 10 update

While the password reset couldnt fix my problem due to old BIOS that we couldnt get upgraded Matt spent over an hour on the phone working with me on the problem trying to find a work-around. His customer service prowess is rare in todays world.
