I literally just got my pillow and first off theyre is no fowl odor at all, second of all it is not too big at all its just rite, it fits on my couch and even my recliner, the firmness is perfect and not too firm ,I feel much better going into my knee replacement revision surgery know I have this pillow when I come home , Im using it now before hand as well because I have no knee cap and need to stay elevated, this pillow just made my journey as more comfortable as it can anyways !!! I most definitely recommend buying one !!

The cushion is very comfortable! It helps me with sleeping and doing few yoga asanas.

It has worked very well as back support without a position bed. The height is perfect for my mothers particular asthma sleeping needs. The handle and side pockets are a plus. I strongly recommend it.
