Ive got a bad back so sex can be difficult. This is a huge game changer! Its more affordable than brands specifically marketed as sex wedges and does the job as well if not better.

In Just 10 Seconds, Wow... My Forias 12 Wedge Pillow went from vacuum compressed to FULL SIZE in just 10 Seconds! I was delighted, since so many reviewers of the various Wedge Pillows on Amazon complained that theirs didnt re-inflate to the correct size in days or even weeks. Mine arrived fully wrapped, cylinder shape, a bit smaller than a rolled sleeping bag. 1st: I removed the clear tape covering both ends of the cylinder shape. This revealed that the cylinder shape was a clear plastic tube with the Wedge Pillow inside of it. 2nd: I cut the edge of the of that tube and began to pull both sides to continue tearing the tube. That released the Wedge Pillow, which was in the 2nd, and last plastic bag, the vacuum bag. This bag contained the factory vacuum that kept the Wedge Pillow compressed into a very small volume. This vacuum bag was much larger & longer than the Wedge Pillow, more than a foot at one end. (Note: This is a convenience for we end users trying to open the wrapping without damaging the Wedge Pillow inside.) I could easily see where the heat sealing of the bag was done, a finger wide line near each end. 3rd: I made a small cut in the vacuum bag, inside of that finger wide line. To my surprise the Wedge Pillow completely inflated in just 10 seconds, with an encouragingly healthy woosh sound. I cut away the vacuum bag to take the Wedge Pillow out, it was great, 100%. Its size is great for me, Im 5 8, and I fit well on it with a conventional pillow. There was very little smell with mine; that smell was gone in about a day.

This item has been the most handy item for being able to rest and sleep post cardiac bypass.

Purchased for post-op hysterectomy, but also works great for sinus issues so Im not laying down flat. Great, soft yet sturdy support! Only wish is that it was sold with a cover. Its white and doesnt match my decor, and Im sure will eventually start to look dingy.

The firmness is just right for what I need.

I dont know what to say except that this is a great wedge for back support in bed. Its also well-made and looks nice.

Summary, great for leg elevation. A hard no on pillow wedge. I bought the product for 3 reasons. 1 was I was having foot surgery & would need to elevate it. 2nd was I have acid reflux. At time my bed being a little elevated isnt enough & cant lay down. I have asthma & cough when I sleep on my back. Right after surgery I will have to lay on my back. I have thick pillow & since it doesnt do the trick all the time, I decided on the 12 pillow. No way, could I use this as a pillow. It was very uncomfortable. I dont see how people say they love it & use it every night. Pillows does have grips to keep it from moving, yeah right. Last foot surgery, I used multiple pillows to lay foot on & they would be in the floor in the mornings. After a couple of days after surgery, this wedge would be on the floor every morning. I do use it in the recliner to elevate foot. I didnt know rather to buy wedge with memory foam or orginal one. I bought both with plans pto see which I liked the best & return the other. I thought if it worked out as a pillow, the memory foam might be worth it. When I bought it, thw orginal wedge was $10 less. It comes vacuumed back sealed. Then rolled up like a sleeping bag. When I went to return the pillow, it said I needed to return it in orginal packing to the UPS store. I called Amazon & told the CSR, it came vacuumed seal. It is now 12 thick & cant go back into packing. She said that was ok but I would have to box it. The wedge is 25×24×12 or 24×25×12. The UPS store wanted $25 to make box to fit it. I checked a couple of places for empty boxes & nothing this size. Walmart sold no boxes to fit this. I chose not to give UPS $25 for box, am taking a $50 loss & keeping both.
