I have been using this for a couple weeks now. It does help with the relief from acid reflux. With that said, it is not for someone under 5ft tall. It is very, very firm and I cannot sleep at the top of the wedge as I slide right off. I dont have enough waist to have my head and the top of the wedge and my bottom at the lower edge. I found I can put a half round pillow under my legs but find it uncomfortable after a while. I find myself at the bottom of the wedge during the night. I had my husband try it and it works good for him, but hes 5 ft 10.

I literally just got my pillow and first off theyre is no fowl odor at all, second of all it is not too big at all its just rite, it fits on my couch and even my recliner, the firmness is perfect and not too firm ,I feel much better going into my knee replacement revision surgery know I have this pillow when I come home , Im using it now before hand as well because I have no knee cap and need to stay elevated, this pillow just made my journey as more comfortable as it can anyways !!! I most definitely recommend buying one !!

The 12 inch wedge has been working well for me. I am unable to stay at the top because I have a small torso but I am amazed how much better I am sleeping. I used to be a side sleeper and woke up a lot. With this pillow I wake up at night much less and I am avoiding getting wrinkles on my face because I am sleeping all night on my back. It took some adjusting because my neck needs support. I use a rolled up towel or small pillow. The real reason why I purchased this wedge pillow is because I was getting horrible migraine headaches from sleeping on the sides of my head. With this wedge pillow, my headaches have improved 80 percent. I still sometimes get small headaches but they go away after I get up and are very minor. I am thinking of trying the 7.5 inch pillow also.

This pillow is amazing for comfort after surgery.

Very sturdy, but a little to tall for me (not the manufacturers fault). Id buy a shorter one mext time. Still, it worked great!
