> 3 dayThis has to be one of the worst laptops Ive owned. Ive had nothing but problems and I have owned since July 20th of last year. First the laptop didnt want to charge after 2 hours with hp it it got fixed. A month later the screen shuts off randomly, factory reset the laptop then its fine. Now go to turn it on today and it runs for 5 min then shuts off. Now it wont even turn on. I use this computer at my home for maybe 3 hours a day for YouTube and emails and its been nothing but issues. Ill never own another hp product again. Will update once I spend another headache dealing with customer support

Greater than one weekThis laptop is perfect for what my online schooling. Its fast and the touchscreen is always on point. Id recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced laptop but with enough muscle to get the job done

> 3 dayAll the material and descriptive information about this product speaks to having Window 10 Home version. When it arrived, it had Windows 10S. Very annoying considering the time it took to find the product that I thought supplied the features we wanted which especially included 10 Home.
