This review will consist of what I did and didn’t like. I did like the amount of colors it came. All vibrant and different colors. Came with instructions of different methods of the knots. I didn’t like how much powder for the ink It came with. It wouldn’t be enough for a second use to have that bright or dark color. I misread read what the other items it came with, thought that the protective apron were the white thick ones. Wanted to use that for a birthday party so i wouldn’t have to buy more shirts. For the 32 colors it is much cheaper in a different brand and it comes with more powder. I feel like this is a little overpriced. But hey I needed a tie dye kit for a kids birthday party. And it came quick.

We probably could have done another 6-8 shirts! There were so many great colors to choose from. I love how this kit has options that were even appealing to adults doing projects. The kit included everything including gloves and aprons. I recommend wearing the gloves because your finger and nails will pick up dye. My niece and nephews had so much fun, I definitely earned some “cool Aunt” points!

Yes this is a large set - but 120 of 169 pieces are rubber bands. Are the additional items useful? Yes. With 26 awesome bright and vibrant colors you should be able to make just about any color you want or already have it made here! The bottles are filled with pigment powder - and the box feels very light - but once you add water you will see that everything works perfectly! This set has enough to make approximately 5 shirts - while there are 26 colors the bottles only hold 60 ml of water with the color powder. However we were making shirts for my kids and pillowcases so we were able to get 4 kids shirts and 5 pillow cases completed - while they were not all my top color picks we did have enough coloring. This kit has everything you need for tie-dye success! The colors are vibrant. The bands and all accessories work great and it’s so simple to do! The dyes come in bottles with the color powder inside. All you do is add water and shake. Definitely recommended tie-dye kit!

Great value for money

The color washes out on the first wash. The color does not stay on the fabric. Avoid at ALL costs!
