Very good quality and not too hard to install (understanding you have to cut the door jams to fit the device in). Our door jams were metal, so a grinding wheel did the trick. The wires that run to the actuator are not included but easy to find and not very expensive. The instruction video to get the software up and running could use a bit of improvement, but easy enough to follow, just take your time. The support email was answered fairly quickly if you end up needing it. I am unsure if you can daisy chain these to have it support more than four doors, but have requested this answer.

Our business has been using this door system for about a year and theyve been so easy to use! The fobs are very convenient and great that you can remove access if one has been lost or if an employee leaves the company. The customer service is great, I have always received a very quick response! I would definitely recommend!

Having never installed a Security System before, I was apprehensive. This system seemed to be well designed and very affordable... and it was. Nevertheless, it is still a computerized system and has a learning curve, so be patient. The Instruction Manual is very helpful. (Print it out and keep it handy.) The videos are also very helpful. However, Technical Support was by far the most helpful. Technical Support was quick to respond to emails and even conducted an online Team Viewer session to fix a software problem. They genuinely seem interested in helping. We have several commercial buildings and I am planning on installing this system in each one.

We purchased several of these for our business. Theyre easy to install and work great. We had one configuration issue that required support. Response was super fast and outlined exactly what I needed to know, and they also linked a video to show us how to make the changes.

I know this access board since 2008. This was my first access board. That 12 years old board was still working well until I left my previous company last year. Now I bought the whole set for the current company. It is a real commercial-grade product. I want to give it ten stars! Installation is relatively straightforward. It has all diagrams that include color code. They do have the video tutorial to teach you how to connect the wire, how to use the software and mobile App. They have the best professional customer support. When I asked a question over the email, it answered back in 12 hours. The support person has substantial and broad knowledge. He can give you the solution even you do not describe your problem clearly. The answer also comes with a related training video. Those videos make me get the idea to fix the issue with no time. This product has tons of functions. I never used them all. The software does the job. It is not fancy stuff, and you need to learn it. Apps work fine, but the interface is plain. Conclusion: This is a real deal. It worth the dollars.

Product availability was a major consideration, all the necessary components arrived promptly. It was clearly stated in the description the strikers were not for Push Rod panic exits; no problem, there is a push-rod striker sold by these folks which also arrived promptly. The two top considerations were, in order 1)tech support and 2) replacement part availability. We wish to have a backup power supply and controller board and both are available at a very reasonable price.

You do need to know a bit of wiring, but on the whole the system is pretty straight foward, just run some eithernet cables to the lock attach the pinpad etc... to the lock, and you are good to go.
