Ok, yes it took me over an hour to install and I’m glad I didn’t rush it, turned out perfect. I have a portable a/c in the living room of our condo but was never able to use it in the bedroom do to the window being outward facing, no way to vent the hot air out and close off the rest of the window. Just bought a dual hose a/c from the neighbor who is moving (75 bucks, nice!) and found this kit on amazon. It actually installs, functions and finishes better than the description and pictures. Cold enough to need an extra blanket in July, love it. Now I’m on a hunt to find another deal on a dual hose a/c to replace our single hose a/c in the living room. Absolutely no comparison no matter what btu rating the single hose unit is, mine is 14000. Never buy a single hose a/c!

I think I got the wrong size but doesn’t bother me too much lol it works great and not too difficult to install just follow the directions carefully. I didn’t think I could have an ac unit bc of the casement windows but it’s worked great!

I had initially purchased the 300 cm but didnt work out due to how close my window was to the ceiling and I couldnt open window wide enough to push the AC hose through it. Customer service was helpful in me returning it. I then bought the 560 cm to put on my door and it worked out perfectly. I can now use my portable AC to cool my tiny apartment.

We have vertical crank windows and I was looking for a solution to block off the area so we could put the portable A/C tube out the window. Also I wanted something that wouldnt block out all the light from the window, and didnt require construction. This velcro set fits the bill. The best part is that its easy to detach when the A/C isnt in use. The velcro gets a little dusty since we have the window open now, but not a huge deal. At some point I may need to remove the velcro and touch up the paint (the adhesive is thick!) but thats a long way down the road. This is an easy solution for those who arent super handy.

My central air conditioning failed and its going to be several weeks before the replacement arrives. I was in a pinch with the heat wave, and my apartment windows open out, not up meaning I need some way to seal them off. Luckily, I found this because it is the only way that its possible to use a portable air conditioner in my apartment. Assembly was easy enough. The video is more useful than the included documentation. Im grateful this product exists. I bought a couple so that I can just wheel the portable between rooms for now.

The air conditioning in my upstairs bedroom has not worked for years. Unfortunately there is no window in the room only French doors so I could not get a window air-conditioner. I am not crafty or handy in any way so rigging something with the French doors was out and I did not want to spend thousands on a ductless air-conditioner. I stumbled on this product and thought I should give this a try. It was easy enough to install. I had to get some extra velcro bc I put it in the wrong place on the door frame but once I figured it out it was simple and only took like 30 minutes to get the whole think up. The hose fit in the zipper hole and I used the zip ties to keep it in place and used some ductape to really seal it all the way. All in all this product was a cheap way to make an otherwise very uncomfortable room livable. I would definitely recommend getting this product. I also watched the YouTube videos in the question section and they were very helpful.
