> 3 dayGreat little dock if you need to reclaim some of your real estate on your work surface. It works great. Ethernet port had excellent transfer rates, USB ports and audio out all worked fine. I already had two external monitors, so giving up the laptop screen was not a big deal. I was concerned there might be a heat issue with the laptop closed, but that was not the case. I have an unusual setup, in that this Dell computer is being used as a true desktop replacement. While I have wireless printer and I am using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, I still have a USB scanner, USB label printer, external USB webcam, USB microphone, USB backup drive, etc. Given the small, but very sturdy base, there just is not room for the number of ports I required. That being said, I just attached a simple small USB hub and problem solved. Lastly, for Windows users who use “Windows Hello” for sign in and to verify identity for secure programs, you would have to go back to using a PIN or one of the better webcams with that feature. Off course that applies to all of the stand-up format docks, not just this one. Overall, at this price point, a nice way to cleanup your work surface and only have a single cord to the laptop.

Greater than one weekI had some difficulty at first with the docking station, but I found that the technical support was prompt and very helpful...even with follow up to be sure everything worked out. I am very impressed.

> 3 dayThis USB docking station requires USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3 or 4 to properly extend your monitor. It has a thin and solid build, and I particularly like the metal case. Even during 10+ hours of continuous daily usage even with some intensive gaming, I was surprised that it didnt even get warm. The ambient temperature ranges between 68 to 72 degrees. My second surprise was that although the docking station is advertised to only support 2 extended monitors at 1080P @ 60Hz, it actually supports both my 4K and QHD monitors at 60Hz simultaneously. Additionally, it works perfectly with my internal laptop monitor at 1080P @ 60Hz, which means I have a total of three monitors working seamlessly together.

> 3 dayI tried other docking stations prior to the one. The issue I had with the other stations was that the stations took a long time for the station to charge the laptop while using it. Hence, I thought I would have the same charging issue. I have NO problems with the charging time on my mac via the docking station; even though I have the station plugged into an electrical wall USB-c outlet. . The best feature of the docking station is the compact casing which requires little desk space. Another nice feature is the station allows me access to dual 4K external monitors. For people the are not technically inclined, don’t work the dock is plug-and-play

Greater than one weekIve been using this docking station for two months now and use it almost every day. During this time, Ive had no issues or failures with it. I use the dock for my MacBook 12inch laptop seen in the photos and my wife uses it for her Dell Latitude laptop. Simply hook up the USB-c cable from the dock to the PC or Mac and were good to go with dual screens or just the one monitor. I Also like how it has the built in stand for your laptop but may have preferred an option where the vertical laptop holders could be removed so the dock could be placed under the monitor stand. All in all, I have several 4URPC docks at home and for work and none of them have given me any issues. 4URPC seems to make a quality product and I have not been disappointed.

> 3 dayI was grateful when I hooked this docking station up and it just worked. The last one I had, worked, but every once in a while 2 of my monitors would go blank for several seconds, which made it very difficult to work, but this one hasnt had any issues. The dock is great, but it would be nice if all the rarely used ports like the HDMI, power and Ethernet were all in the back and everything else was in the front, and maybe add a couple more USB ports too.

> 3 dayThis is the 4th 4URPC dock Ive purchased. They have all been fantastic and worked as advertised, and we have not had any issues with them. We purchased this dock to replace one of our different models to free up some desk space for my wife, and it has done exactly that. The dock itself feels very solid. No worries about the laptop falling or tipping over. Setup for 2 external monitors was plug and play and has enough connectivity for everything we need. As mentioned in other reviews, it did not come with a power brick. That was not an issue for me since I was replacing an existing 4URPC dock that did come with one. The only other potential con is once you connect the power and host it leaves 3 available USB ports (no USB-C). This was also not an issue for me, but just be aware if you have a lot of USB peripherals. Overall, I really like this dock. It has the same quality and reliability of my other 4URPC docks for less money. It has also helped me clean up my wifes desk, which she loves!

> 3 dayI got this one to replace my old docking station. I got surprised by how good the quality is for that price. It made my deck setup so much easier and more organized. It’s easy to use and works perfectly. Very recommended.

> 3 dayI like the way it connects instant. It takes so less space and still makes so big impact. You should definitely buy it for clean desk
