Greater than one weekI didnt buy this book on Amazon, actually I got it from a bookstore some time ago thinking it was such a great deal and probably paid a bit more for it but I have no problem with that because this collection is worth every penny for a little curious George fan! My daughter this 5 and has loved the show and book for as long as I can remember. About 50% of the time this is the book she chooses to read at bedtime. Her favorite is where George goes camping, she also loves the birthday surprise and all the other ones too she says.

Greater than one weekMy son loves Curious George TV show, so I purchased this book. He loves all stories in this book. Every night, he askes me to read some stories of this book and to put his name instead of George. Especially, my son loves the stories of camp, costume party, and birthday party. Great book!

12-04-2025We use Amazon to purchase books and have them direct shipped to our grandkids. No getting around it, kids cant have too many books. We will continue to buy more and know they are getting use of them.

> 3 dayI was disappointed with this book; I ordered it online without realizing that it was a recent publication, illustrated in the style of H.A. Rey. Both the illustrations and the stories lack the charm of the originals.

> 3 dayThese Curious George stories are what youd expect - predictable and formulaic (George goes somewhere, he ignores Yellow man, he gets into trouble, and then undoes it with something good, etc. Sorry if I ruined it for anyone.) But what I found a little troublesome is that the title was listed as by H. A. Rey and Margaret Rey, but its not until you start reading the interior that you find that the stories and art were done in the style of them, but not by them. I think its a little cheeky to advertise that way. But as far as the stories and art go, these hold the interest of the kids but dont really teach them anything (other than that you can be rotten and then get away with it by doing something good. If only real life worked like that... Ive flubbed a few projects at work that I wish I could have followed up by making a cake for my manager. Maybe that would work?)
