The packaging of this product is the best I have gotten from Amazon. I know it’s just screws, but packaging means a lot when you have to store the unused screws. I have bought screws from Amazon that just came loose in the shipping envelope. Not ideal.

These rack screws are solid, look nice and work great in a standard 19 rack. Just be sure you know if your rack is threaded 10/32 or 12/24. They look similar but the 12/24 will strip your threads - learned that the hard way trying to use screws that shipped with a device I bought years ago.

these screws are screws and they work. yup. just like they should. when you put them in the holes and turn them they loosen or tighten depending on the direction that you turn them. it’s like magic.

So much better than cheap screws, so much cheaper than going to the hardware store. Had a home project needed a good number of screws, literally bought these as the only option with a reasonable number, and a snazzy container to boot. I have never worked a telco-style rack where all the screws went in with no struggle. These screws are so consistently good, the one hole I had an issue with, I knew to re-tap as it was not the screw that was the problem.

AC Infinity makes great products! I own several of their USB fans, temperature controllers and rack accessories. I purchased these 10-32 rack screws to add a finishing touch to my audio rack, I wanted all of the screws to match and have nylon washers. The screws are packaged in a round plastic jar, similar to a jar used for cosmetics. Inside the jar the screws are packaged in a plastic zip lock bag; very nice product presentation. The screws are high quality and are easy to install and tighten. I am old school and do not use drill drivers in install screws, I prefer a simple Phillips head screw driver. I can tighten the screws adequately without stripping the head as is what can happen with a drill and screw driver bit. On balance, these screws are slightly more expensive, but worth the quality and appearance. I highly recommend these screws if you are into these little details in making your equipment rack perfect!

I bought these screws to install several pro audio rack units in a Middle Atlantic rack cabinet with Middle Atlantic rails. Admittedly, I was swayed by the package design which is slick. The design of the screws themselves is nice with the tapered point making locating a screw in the corresponding rack hole an accurate operation. I was disappointed with the screw material itself as several screws were stripped at the head by the bit driver even with a low clutch setting on my cordless drill. It appears as though the “carbon steel” these screws are made from is actually extremely soft. Moreover, the finish is very fragile and left flecks and crumbs of metal and finish on the bit driver. Six (6) of the thirty-two (32) screws I used out of the pack of 50 showed this issue. I was able to get the stripped screws out, but was nervous about some being stuck in brand new, high-end units. I would not recommend these screws and give two stars for package design, screw design, and less than 24 hour delivery.

These screws do their job and they do them well. No more gumming up your rack gear with abrasive washers or having an incident related to weak screws. These are of the highest quality and Im glad I purchased them.
