Greater than one weekThese screws are for an older Standard 19 inch rack mount, also known as 05 (10-32) screws. Most current racks come with the verticals containing mount holes of the larger 12-24, or 06 sized screw. These screws look well made and come well packaged, but likely will not fit the newer racks being sold. Youll need the 12-24, 06 screws for those mounts.

> 3 daySo after dropping a sizable chunk of change on a new rack, after exhausting the local options for secondhand, along with a new managed PDU I wasnt keen to spend a ton on mounting hardware. The clean, snappy packaging caught my eye and to my surprise the price was about the same as the no-name unbranded rack screws so I promptly pulled the trigger. I can safely say that if youre in the market for 10/32 rack screws you probably arent gonna do any better, especially for the cost, than these from AC Inifinty. Sadly, I was in the market for M5 or M6 w/racknuts for my MDF and accidentally ordered 10/32 while in a hurry one morning. I cannot however, fault the hardware here in any way. I genuinely wish I had something that took 10/32 screws, because upon inspection these are the product of careful thought and attention to detail. The semi-matte, satin finish is consistent throughout, the washers are all evenly sized, no plastic slag or variation, visual inspect of the screws themselves shows very clean, well machined threading with the guide tips to ease awkward install positions. And the little cylinder/tub container is likely to last as a misc rack hardware tin that sits inside the rack to hold the loose ends of various activity in the rack. All around, something as mundane as rack mounting hardware can apparently be more polished and premium in both presentation and execution than I knew. Well done. Now I just need an A/V rack or whatever variety of mounting frame(s) make use of these 10/32 screws...

> 3 dayThese screws and washers are perfect for mounting network eq. in a 19 rack! The tapered ends make it very easy to start the threads, the nylon washers do not fall off and I did not damage the screw heads after tightening them down. ALso, the plastic jar is a big bonus!

> 3 dayI think just about everything that can be said about these has been, but these are exceptional. Attention was paid to every detail, from the foam-lined container to prevent rattling to the general quality of the screws and washers. I had to use a 20v impact to put these into my cabinet because the paint filled the threaded holes. I managed to strip exactly zero of these screws putting them in or taking them out. I will be buying more of these in the future should the need arise. AC Infinity earned my business; probably will get some more of my money for their rack fans to finish the cabinet work was just going to throw away when we upgraded.

> 3 dayQuality screws with nylon washers in a handy container for a great price. What more could you ask for?! I used most of them to rack a bunch of new gear in my recording studio and couldnt be happier. Ill definitely be ordering more.

> 3 dayI bought these screws to install several pro audio rack units in a Middle Atlantic rack cabinet with Middle Atlantic rails. Admittedly, I was swayed by the package design which is slick. The design of the screws themselves is nice with the tapered point making locating a screw in the corresponding rack hole an accurate operation. I was disappointed with the screw material itself as several screws were stripped at the head by the bit driver even with a low clutch setting on my cordless drill. It appears as though the “carbon steel” these screws are made from is actually extremely soft. Moreover, the finish is very fragile and left flecks and crumbs of metal and finish on the bit driver. Six (6) of the thirty-two (32) screws I used out of the pack of 50 showed this issue. I was able to get the stripped screws out, but was nervous about some being stuck in brand new, high-end units. I would not recommend these screws and give two stars for package design, screw design, and less than 24 hour delivery.

> 3 dayIts just a rack screw, but its way more than that. The quality in this screw is obvious from the first time you open the packaging. And speaking of the packaging, the plastic jar is amazingly simple and effective at storing and protecting the screws. It even looks cool all blacked-out. The best thing about the screw is the dog point, which allows easy location of the screw in the rail before you tighten it. The plastic washer is very protective of the equipment you secure, and they do not move around or squish when you tighten the screw. Overall an excellent product with great attention to details.
