Low cost. Good quality. Must get out of S mode (easy to do-just Googled it). Can’t give it 5 because it’s only 2 months old. Time will tell but good price point.

The fan would literally go on and off non stop as the pc heats up randomly when just watching a youtube video, so loud can barely hear the audio

Computer worked great out of the box. Minor setup problem to printer. Issue sliced with a brief call to customer service.

This computer is really nice and already works 1000 times faster than my old one! It comes with a charger and has a sleek nice build. People have told me this computer works well with games and school stuff so it can handle it all. I think it’s definitely a nice investment!

After 1 year the black screen of death

Arrived quickly, in brand new condition! Overall it’s exactly what I needed after removing S Mode. I am obsessed over the backlit keyboard, numeric pad (numbers on the right side of keyboard), and fingerprint scanner which is the specs that sold me on this one vs purchasing a different laptop for the price.

The TouchPad stopped working after a month. Its a basic cheap laptop.

WRITERS! Good machine to try and have for just writing. YOU WILL NEED A PERFORMANCE UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY. Buy an 8gb or 16gb stick along with it. Scrivener + Word + Dropbox.
