Very nice laptop..set up was easy with walk thru directions. Nice color and so much better than my 12 year old laptop.

Really happy with this computer. So far weve bought two of the Acer Aspire 5 laptops: this one and a slightly earlier version. Both are regularly used by our family and they work reliably. Acer makes some quality products, and these computers are great value for the money. I would absolutely buy this again.

I bought this to replace a work laptop and mostly use it for basic internet/word processing. So far it’s been fast, reliable, not much bloat, exactly what I needed.

The S version of windows means your apps need to go thru the Microsoft app gizmo. I cannot open commonplace non Microsoft apps. Buying this laptop was a mistake. I have excellent hearing but the volume is so soft I have to strain to listen to netflix. My last acer was2 ir 3 times louder. The speakers in this laptop are junk.

Easy to update and preforms well for price. After a month of use, I cannot think of anything that I wish they would include. A great mid-tier laptop.

Easy to set up, very responsive. Fingerprint scanner works very well.
