Its disgusting that everything now is based on further purchases. Without spending more money, you cant so much as do your homework on with laptop... you have to purchase office... gah! I miss the old days

Great computer. Slim, light, backlit keyboard.

Package arrived in good shape, plugged computer to charge, 2 hours later computer was very very HOT and not responsive, Being returned for replacement. I now have an Acer desk top computer and like it very much so will try this one again, Hoping for the best.

Ive had it for about 2 months & it does the job as far as what a computer should do. The sound is very low, static filled & just overall sound bad. I havent had the camera freeze I was experiencing in the beginning as often but it still shouldnt happen. The speed & connectivity is good so far. I wouldve invested a little more into something that sounds much better but at the time I needed the comp I didnt have the extra $.

I strongly dislike the fact that the keyboard backlighting turns off after 15 seconds of inactivity

I am not very happy with this computer. NOT user friendly-has a mind of its own. Sometimes hard to get around. Not very happy with Microsoft 11. I liked the last one I had-Acer, but it was 10 and easy to use. It just died after 1 year. Thought it was the cord, so bought one. NOO. Took it to my computer genius, and could not find a motherboard after months of looking. Now I have 2 cords and this new one uses a different one! UGH

When its actually working its great. But at least once a day when using it crashes and then has to restart.
