I enjoy it and itll do for school and work but the screen is wrong. The colors are off but I dont know how to fix them. I went into screen calibrations and played with all sorts of settings to try and correct it. I even used my old laptop to compare, but nothing is fixing it. Its so weird that I dont think I can ever use this laptop for watching shows or playing games. Luckily my old laptop isnt dead yet so I will keep that around for games and shows. And the old laptop is an Acer Aspire E 15 so clearly Acer knows how to do it right but something with this screen is just wrong.

I received the computer but no power chord. Now I have to order my own power chord and cannot start up the computer

I was skeptical about buying this laptop. It was either this or HP but in the end Im glad I bought it. Its fast and easy to use. The finger print is really convenient, first time using it on a laptop. I wish the speaker was abit louder or placed somewhere else on the laptop but its been workable. The video quality is excellent. Been using the laptop for about two months now and havent experienced any issues so far.

The listing clearly states the finger print scanner is on the mouse pad and shows that in the photos. My laptop came in today and does not have the finger print scanner. I was really bummed about the because I thought that was cool. Still a great laptop and there’s no way I’ll go through the hassle of re-packaging and mailing it back. Still seems like a great laptop. So far still pretty happy with the purchase.

I bought to use for research seems to work well. no problems setting it up. I did notice the battery is short lived while working it could last longer . When I received the computer there was no charging cable I contacted Acer and they sent one which was here in 2 days. All in all not a bad laptop. I think my next laptop will be a different brand. For what I use it for its ok.

I dont play games so dont know about gaming on it but great for home use dont have any complaints

I want to believe that it was defective when I purchased this laptop. I cant say for sure, but this laptop was a pain from the moment I plugged it in until it was received as a return. For some reason, when the laptop got too warm, it would shut down, without any warning. I went ahead and bought a cooling pad for it so that I might be able to avoid it shutting down, this DIDNT work. I hated this thing shutting down during my online classes, it was so unprofessional. The customer service was great and showed me how to reset and restart the battery when it became too warm. The problem was never resolved; maybe just a bad battery.

Amazing laptop. Dont usually leave product reviews, but for the price, this laptop is everything I wanted it to be.
