> 24 hourI absolutely loved this laptop. Specs were exactly what I needed, the keyboard is perfect. However - both times the device was DOA and would not charge.

> 24 hourAfter unpacking, the sealing strip of the product packaging has been torn. After connecting to the power supply, the power light does not turn on. After repeated tests, it cannot be turned on. The seller sent the returned bad computer directly to me.

> 24 hourIm seeing a lot of DOA comments. I thought this at first too but the power cable is a bit deceptive. Once you put the plug in the laptop, you have to push with a bit of force and youll hear a click. That click indicates a connection.

> 24 hourGot this for fathers day to replace my previous laptop, and I must that I am surprised by how far AMD has came in the last few years. I mainly play FFXIV and World of Warcraft and can easily play these games at maxed setting @ 60fps.

> 24 hourSo looking at the reviews, I was pretty afraid that the laptop would be DOA.

> 24 hourPlays New World in almost the highest setting (tho it says that its below the recommended requirements for that game.) I had no problem but had to turn the fans on full (which is a little loud.)
