> 3 dayThe keys are similar to the macbook air keys but they feel nice to press. If your looking to upgrade ram to 32gb, Id reccommend gettting a 32 gb ram card thats from crucial which is 3200mhz. The built in ram which is 16gb is actually 2 8 gb ram cards so you can take both of them out and put the 32 gig ram card in exchange for taking both of the 8 gigs out. Runs really nice on games like tf2 that youd have to get used to it coming from a mac user who used a mac for years haha. Fans are a lil louder than the mac but its fine. Speakers are on the bottom of the sides of the computer near but front of the keyboard but they arent great. Overall a great gaming laptop even if you dont game a lot like me.

> 3 dayPlays New World in almost the highest setting (tho it says that its below the recommended requirements for that game.) I had no problem but had to turn the fans on full (which is a little loud.)

> 3 dayExcellent build quality, excellent performance (lower-mid range gaming, editing, browsing, etc,) good battery life, speakers are superior to the ones in the older model but not excellent, only downside judging by the fact that this is a recent model and the video below displaying a multi-colored rgb keyboard, I expected it to come as such, however it is solely red, which would be the color Id pick anyway, in any case its an all around great item, highly recommended.

> 3 dayExcellent cost-benefit rate. It does include some bloat (Planet9) and a bunch of trial or 30-day software licenses as usual but they can be removed easily. Cooling system has shown no issues, but using a cooling base, at least for ergonomics, is recommended.

> 3 dayDead on arrival, simply hell to ship the faulty one back, besides the time and hassle, whole thing turned into my problem cause Amazon wont handle pick up of their faulty computer and lical regulation wont alliw for computer to be sent back with battery. Discovered many people received dead on arrival had the same terrible experience.

Greater than one weekThis is the absolute worst purchase I have ever made. Ive owned the PC for 6 months now. Ive had to send it in to get fixed 5 times... it took replacing the battery 3 times before realizing the motherboard needed to be replaced. AND IT LOOKS LIKE ITS STILL BROKE! Its out for repair atm and if the computer works after this 5th repair I would be shocked. It takes about 2 weeks to send the PC out and get it back repaired (broken in a different way). I wish I could unbuy this heaping pile of garbage.
