Save your money and buy a better product. Highly disappointed in the product.

So far so good! I do a lot of gaming as well as online streaming... so far the computer has managed to keep up with me without any issues... the fans that folks complain about are honestly not that loud.. I enjoy this laptop a lot..

It looks good. I mainly bought it in order to edit/ create 3d graphics for film. I guess I was so caught up in the appearance that I forgot to read the fine detail. I did not realize it does not come with a 3D Blu Ray or HD Blu Ray drive. So, it makes it impossible to burn 3D elements on to a Blu Ray DVD. So, I am searching for a laptop that has more than the capability to view 3D elements via streaming only.

After a couple of additions (2 gig Nvme and some ram) this little guy almost keeps up with my i9 10900k Alienware Aurora R11 with a 2080ti in it. I’ve been very impressed with the performance of this laptop especially for the price. I like to use it to power my Oculus Quest (use as a Rift) for PC games with Virtual Monitor and it’s done very well. It gets a little hot but I’m not friendly to it with the game settings and run everything wide open. Love having the portability of a laptop to game at work.

I bought this for my 16 year old son, and he Loves it! He says it great for gaming and for doing his school work. He is very happy so far.

The fan is not working now, and of course warranty and support expired in June. No computer Ive owned has had a problem like that so soon. Overall Ive been disappointed with this computer. It uses more power than most laptops. I travel and live off-grid most of the time. I attempted to get a 12v charge cord so i wouldnt need to run it through my inverter but wasnt able to find one. So that was my first disappointment.

Bought one and 4 days after receiving it, it looked like first 2 pics upon booting. Replaced it and the last 2 pics are what the replacement looked like after a few days as well. It would not happen every time, but it would have that white line around the edge for maybe 30 min and would fade back to normal. More recently, the replacement wont turn on immediately after hitting power button. The screen stays black and no response for 15 minutes or so. I wanted to give it one more chance, because I havent read about this happening to anyone else and I received these two laptops right before Amazon went out of stock, so I thought maybe I just got bad ones at the end but, unfortunately, Amazon can only provide a refund and are still out of stock.

If it would have worked Im sure it would have been an amazing machine. It came in on a Friday. Set it up and started downloading stuff on a Saturday. Needless to say on sunday when I went to get on the labtop it was flashing a white screen and I couldnt do nothing. Maybe it was just me but be careful.

I read a bunch of solid reviews on this laptop, and watched many YouTube videos on it as well. I was very excited upon receiving this laptop. Obviously this is only my opinion, and Im sure this is a great laptop. But my experience of it was horrible. Keep in mind I did not mistreat it at all, and this all happened on the day I received it.

Exelente Pc, los juegos los corre todo sin problemas, la uso para edicion de video tambien y sin problemas. llego a la argentina via UPS directo a mi casa en 48 hs!!!!
