> 3 dayThis laptop is a beast when it comes to photo editing. I can run PS, Luminar AI, and Lightroom at the same time and it doesnt seem to even bother this laptop. I suspect it would be great at gaming too. Starts up fast, stays fast, and is an overall great machine.

Greater than one weekFrom opening and closing the laptop various times the wire for the video camera fails if you don’t have it at a certain viewing angle. I didn’t do my research properly but the video camera wire is notorious for failing in this particular modal.

> 3 dayThe fan is not working now, and of course warranty and support expired in June. No computer Ive owned has had a problem like that so soon. Overall Ive been disappointed with this computer. It uses more power than most laptops. I travel and live off-grid most of the time. I attempted to get a 12v charge cord so i wouldnt need to run it through my inverter but wasnt able to find one. So that was my first disappointment.

> 3 dayI purchased this laptop around April 2020. Within less than a year, the GPU fan started to act up. It would stop spinning and my laptop will start to overheat like crazy. I went to several stores to see whats the issue with the GPU fan, and they told me that I wouldve to replace the fan. Its crazy how a fan is broken in less than a year. I would highly recommend avoiding getting predator helios 300 laptop to avoid future malfunction.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this laptop but I has one problem that is nearly a deal breaker. The screen has these green zones where the plastic bezel is putting a small amount of pressure on the screen because of a wire or something I assume. Its not noticeable during normal use, but when you have a dark scene in a game or movie, you can really tell.

Greater than one weekI took the best care of my laptop, making sure that it was always secure, never dropped, not even scratched, and I only downloaded software that was from verified corporations such as Steam. After only running this computer for 7 days and over-clocking it when it was tanking on frames, the computer would just freak out and shut down permanently. If you try to turn it back on, it simply just restarts over and over again within a 1-3 second time-frame without giving you any chance at all to change anything or modify it. I can assure you that I didnt leave this laptop on for long periods of time, and at most gamed for 6 hours in one day. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and now I have to get the laptop fixed because it wont even start up anymore. Please if youre looking for a good computer, I beg you not to buy this version. Its horrible and it tanks to run good games like COD B03 Zombies. I suggest buying the $1450 version of this computer, as it has a better graphics card, more RAM, and just overall a better computer. Do not waste your money on this, because I promise you its an extremely mid-tier computer that will tank to run a lot of good games. If youre looking only to run games like L4D2 and other low-graphics games like that, then I can assure you that this computer is for you. Other than that, I highly advise you get an upgrade because itll save you from wasting your money. I hope this helped, and let me know if other buyers have encountered the same issue.

> 3 dayReceived this product yesterday, its a GREAT laptop for the price, funs all games Ive thrown at it at max settings and doesnt overheat. Speakers are kind of meh but I hook up a pair of external ones anyway. My one complaint is the laptop I received has the tiniest sliver of dead pixels at the bottom of the screen right along the bezzle (only maybe a 1/2 inch in length). Its not noticeable unless whatevers on the screen is black.
