Thought my radiator fan was dead, turns out after buying a second fan, and testing it, thinking it was dead too, did I think to test the brand new power prob. That was the problem. Get a different brand if you can. Likely just a fluke but they said they tested it before shipping, so.... Yea.

Mine already dont work... only used it a handful of times. However, the company reached out to me to resolve my problem and has since offered to replace it. So far I am very pleased with my experience... ...sent a new device in place of the defective unit. 5 star customer service

I bought this upgrade for my husband when his old power probe grew legs. He didnt even have it a month and its already broken. The tip is to flimsy and it broke just from putting it back in his toolbox

My first one shorted out when I hooked it up to the battery. Called for another under warranty but still ended up paying for both.

Instructions have a little to be desired but Ive used the tool on two jobs and it works as advertised. Very happy with it for the price

Enabled me to diagnose car power window. Window would not go up. Was able to use short jumper wire/ground to window motor and use this tool as power probe to actuate motor to ra it se window. Awaiting new master switch to complete repair. Best $20 spent in a tool!

The long cord came in handy for diagnosing a fuel pump issue. The ability to energise a circuit was a great advantage. This makes troubleshooting a circuit a lot easier.
