API REPLACEMENT TEST TUBES WITH CAPS For Any Aquarium Test Kit Including API Freshwater Master Test Kit 24-Count Box

I got these extra API Test Tubes because I have 3 tanks to do water tests. All 24 pieces of tubes are intact. Non are broken from the delivery. One downfall I noticed is one new tube I used lightly leaks from shacking the tube. That’s why I have extras! Overall, they are worth it!

I have augmented my normal water tests to 8 tests, and have multiple tanks, neccessitating the use of about two dozen test tubes. The 5mL graduation line is accurate for the tests that API supplies, but their caps do often leak so I went ahead and bought some normal rubber plugs and they work wonderfully. of course these are great but I (or anyone I know) would ever need 24?! Should really make a smaller box. I only wanted a few extras since I broke one of my own. Also there was no bubble wrap around them. This box was thrown into a large amazon box. I have no idea how none of them managed to break.

after breaking most of the test tubes that came with my testing kit, I am so happy to find a perfect solution. Everything came and no tubes were damaged

This is exactly what I needed to keep my salt water tank levels where they need to be but is very pricey

I’m clumsy and break my tubes, these are a good replacement tube.

So happy to find these. Over the years I always manage to break a few. Now I don’t have plenty of vials for all my different test for my multiple tanks.

If you use the API test kits then you may want to get these to go along with it. These are simply replacement tubes for the API kit so they are the exact same as what comes in the kit (clear tube with a 5 ml mark and a cap). And since they are somewhat fragile you will eventually need some replacements. Also helps out to have multiple test tubes if you are testing multiple tanks at once, in my case, 6. Its a lot easier filling a bunch of tubes at once for testing than using, rinsing and reusing the same few tubes over and over for one batch of tests.

I am glad that I ordered these. I have the API mater test kit for Fresh Water and I dislike running out of test tubes. This solves that problem. Now I can wash them all at once and be ready to go. The lids are nice and tight on the tube so that I dont spill while shaking the solutions. They are durable and I can tell that they will last a really long time.
