There was nothing specifying this item as renewed. I expected to give my wife a NEW ipad, not a renewed one!!!

I’m happy with my purchase. I got the acceptable condition. It looks great. Only a small dent in the top corner (case will cover) and a very small scratch on screen which you really cannot see especially when it is turned on. So far it is working flawlessly. Also arrived a day early. Even had a few weeks left under the AppleCare plan. Saved me lots of money on this purchase. Would recommend.

This is an amazing well refurbished ipad, its in excellent conditions and works as expected.

Extremely pleased with this purchase. Excellent like-new condition, everything functions as expected. This refurb saved me from being without an iPad due to a “Boot Loop” battery issue on my old one. Not able to afford a new one at this time, I was concerned with taking a risk. So far so good and, unlike some, I’m perfectly fine with the inclusion of a generic charger/cable. Glad to have something come with a refurb at all! If you prefer Apple to generic, Apple’s online store sells not only the “Apple” brand but provides a selection of compatible products at varying price points. So overall, I gladly give this transaction a 5 Star rating and highly recommend seller!

The touchscreen won’t work sometimes plus the iPad was kinda damaged. Cheap but risky since there is not support from Amazon or the seller outside the US

I have to repeatedly touch the screen to type a word or play a game. Screen response is shot.

I updated to ipad os 13and it works great. There are a little scratch on the screen if you look it carefully, but not a big problem for me, if you have a screenprotector you can even not see it. Only one essential point is there are no original power adapter and charging wire, if you mind about this, be careful. At last I have to say it is a really good deal, I can get $100 cheaper compare to buy a new air3, and it works good.

It was a great product, unfortunately, I can no longer trust Amazons return process or policies, due to a different order. So I will be returning this.

Looking for a reasonable price Ipad to use for my businesss Square Terminal...it is a great value.
