Just got it looks good...but there is a passcode on it what is it

I was sure it would come AT&T ready except a call maybe to them! I guess I need to get a SIM card from AT&T.

actually the screen is severly scratched

It worked immediately! Set up was a piece of cake- this iPad it now a part of our device family. It seamlessly paired into our accounts and is just great! It was purchased to replace a broken iPad for safety, and we have had no problems at all, Highly recommend!

Horrible. Arrived at 40% battery life- no big deal. After 6 hours charging would not exceed 47%. Oh, and it also randomly shuts down every 5 min. Not kidding. Returned the next day. Waiting on refund.
