Yes it is very pricey but the quality is amazing. It should last a long time and it works extremely well. Tried a cheap brand and sent it back. Just bite the bullet and get the best.

Ottimi i materiali di costruzione, ti da la sensazione di robustezza, la tastiera e retroilluminata per poter lavorare anche in presenza di poca luce. Unica nota dolente come ben sappiamo è il prezzo ma essendo un prodotto Apple dobbiamo farcene una ragione!

This is a great item. Works seamlessly with the iPad. Good protection. The trackpad is perfect. The iPad is held on by a magnet which is extremely strong so you don’t have to worry about it falling off. Only downsides are it adds a LOT of weight, and it is powered by the iPad itself so it does take a toll on iPad battery. It’s pricy but this isn’t a cheap third party keyboard case. I didn’t have it long. I upgraded to a 12.9 but got the magic keyboard for that too. If you can choke down the price, I definitely recommend it.

Works well, good magnetic attachment. The power port works but only on certain cables so not all cables will charge through it. I assume it’s a certification thing. There is a power draw on the iPad which I think has been noticed by lots of people. Only other thing I would say is I find the gap between the top of the keyboard and the base of the iPad a little small for my hands when I type but otherwise a slick bit of kit
