> 24 hourI had very good Craftsman tough rails, no longer available. They were not aluminum, but lasted. These are the best. Quality product, aluminum and the sockets fit well on the rail pegs. I hang them on the peg board and grab what I need for the DIY job. I ordered red for SAE, and kept the black Craftsman rails for metric. FYI, the Olsa rails seem to be interchangeable. As you shop, this may help. Very happy with quality. Expensive, but worth the investment over plastic rails that are sensitive to heat.

> 24 hourThe only thing I would add is a magnetic strip to the bottom so it could stick to my toolbox instead of having to be on the top of it

> 24 hourIve been keeping my different sets of sockets in their original boxes up until now, although not being very practical and making me waste too much time looking for misplaced sockets. I started looking for some socket rails and at first I was going to buy the set from Harbor Freight but it was too light duty for my impact sockets. I also looked at the Husky model from Orange Depot to find out that it was the same model from Harbor Freight with an important upgrade... on the price tag. So I started looking online and saw this set from Ares. I decided to give it a try, Ive been happy with other Ares tools and the price for the set of 3 socket rails was a good deal, so I purchased a couple of the 3-Piece Aluminum Socket Organizer. The deal breaker for me was the aluminum construction. Where the other models I looked at used molded plastic, this is a solid rail machined out of a block of aluminum. If you look at the pictures of my SAE and metric impact sockets on the aluminum rails you can get an idea... each one weighs more than 8 lbs and these rails are solid, they will hold the weight even upside down. I ordered two sets for both my regular and impact sockets and Ive been pretty rough on them... after using them for three weeks I can honestly say that they do a great job and Im very happy with my purchase.

> 24 hourI trimmed about ¾ to make them fit my tool box drawers, other than that, I am happy with these socket organizers. I think the price is right, and the quality is good

> 24 hourNeeds a better stopper on the bottom, so I can hang it on the wall without all the sockets sliding off the end.

> 24 hourNice rails, not bendy. I just got a set of Carlyle sockets and the come on plastic rails that flex and roll over, so I wanted to upgrade. These are much nicer than the plastic rails. They can be stood up. If you want, you can put the socket connectors facing either way (intermittently opposing each other). They are pretty solid. A bonus for me is that they use the same socket connectors as the Carlyle set so I had plenty of extras. Its not a big deal, but the only thing I would ask for is some extra end caps so I can cut the rails put the caps on the shorter segments.
