This is a great gun that I have used several times now - nothing like the cheap chinese guns that fall apart in a few hours. Works perfectly after cleaning. I advise however that you make sure to filter your paint before pouring it into the cup or you will clog the small filter at the base of the cup very quickly.I am spraying house latex paint that has been thinned with water about 30%. It will not spray unthinned latex well.

Works great with polyester primer, which is all I use it for. I always add some reducer out of habit, not sure how it would spray poly primer straight up since I know a lot of people use a 2.1 or 2.2 tip. I use primarily evercoat slicksand with this and Im about to start also using evercoat feather fill.

As good of a product as you can get for the $. Needed to paint various object around the house and always used an electric Wagner thy sprayed paint everywhere. Bought this and saw a husky hvlp sprayer at Home Depot for about $35 and was kicking myself a little. To say that I am glad I spent the money is an understatement. When I was done with my intended project I started looking for other projects....not wanting to put this down. Bought the 3m attachment which imo is a must to regulate pressure. Contacted customer service via email for operation questions, heard back in 1 hr. Takes a little getting used too, as does anything in the beginning. I used a 6 gallon porter cable compressor which does not contain enough air, so I was in turn waiting for it to fill up...had to pause a few times during the project. That being said, how anyone, could rate this less than 5 stars for the $ is beyond me. Outstanding

Really impressed with this gun, I have been painting for years and have used some very expensive guns...But I must say this guns has blown me away! I use this gun for clear coat and it comes out like glass. I have the gun set at 29 psi and it doesnt create any orange peel, also has a good size fan! I didnt expect this gun to be this nice! I will buy another for my base coats, and the 1.9 to spray flake! If you are a beginner or a pro this gun will make you happy!

Paint Society suggested we try this. I can hardly wait to try it. I bought the S-27 PPS adapter along with it and the 3M vials. 1.3 is good all around, and Astro Euro Pro says I can buy different tip assemblies directly from them for about 55 bucks a set. So one gun can do base, clear, and even primer if you get the right tip assys. Im cheap, but I demand a good paint job. BYE, HARBOR FREIGHT BLACK WIDOW!
