> 24 hourI was given an Asus laptop for my at home remote work and I loved it so I purchased this one for my personal use. I am impressed by the brand quality, it has enough memory for my needs, fast enough with multiple windows open while working from excel and word. The speakers are on the rear bottom so sound isn’t great but works fine with AirPods or headphones. I’m not a tech guru but going from Apple platform products at home and Microsoft products at work - I have no complaints about Asus as a solid Microsoft option for the price.

> 24 hourWe were always diehard HP users, but got tired of their system glitches. We bought our first ASUS for our sons digital schooling. It was such a great computer that I did not hesitate to buy one for myself when my HP conked out. Im glad I did because it is fantastic!

> 24 hourI read the reviews for this product - many claims of no backlit keyboard as stated in the product description. I messaged the seller to see if this problem had been resolved…it’s been over 2 weeks and never even got the courtesy of a reply…No response! So, against my better judgement, I rolled the dice thinking that maybe it was a user issue and bought this - my fault. Sure enough, NO BACKLIT KEYBOARD as clearly described! SO, if backlit keyboard is a critical need (as it is in my case), and you think that may need to contact the seller for any reason - Don’t Even Try! SHAME ON AMAZON for even allowing this to happen many times over and not suspending the seller’s account for false advertising and complete lack of customer service/response so other won’t get duped. Again, DON’T DO IT!!

> 24 hourAfter only 7 months using this laptop, the charger cord failed. I have been trying to replace the cord to actually see if thats why the laptop wont respond to charging and have had absolutely no assistance from Amazon, or ASUS. My advice, DONT BUY ASUS PRODUCTS. Dont buy any computers, etc. from Amazon. Go to your local dealers where you can walk in and deal with a human being. It may cost a few bucks more, but in the end, you will be getting your moneys worth. I now have a $380 laptop that is useless to me. Im going to continue to visit different computer repair shops in an attempt to find out if in fact, it is the charger cord, but take my advice and DO NOT BUY COMPUTERS FROM AMAZON!
