so far I like this laptop except for McAfees pop up that keeps coming up even though I didnt order their software. Very annoying and so far I havent been able to delete it.

Cones with Windows S mode which you are supposed to be able to switch to full mode, but it turns out only if you have a windows live account. Dose not work with a windows business account

Very fast , keyboard is lighted and very smooth , shows finger prints on the case . My first laptop was a Asus and I loved it but I bought a HP for my second because I could a 17 inch for the same price as a 15 inch Asus big mistake !. Now I bought a Asus and I love it .,

Just got the computer last night. Seems pretty good besides one small, but very often used feature: the speakers. Theyre so quite and so poor. If youve ever got a keychain bluetooth speaker as a RiteAid impulse buy for $8, youve gotten better sound than this computer. Ugh... is deleting all my already imputed info, then boxing it up, printing a label, and shipping it back worth the lack of speaker quality... Just maybe!!

This is by far the best laptop I have ever had. I can do so much with it

My old laptop was barely booting up so did some research. This laptop rated high in all points for my needs.

this is a great laptop at a really reasonable price. there were some usb cables missing from the order, but all in all its a good laptop.

This is my 2nd ASUS laptop. First one lasted 13 years! This one only 1-1/2 months so far so good, does everything that I need it to do. Very pleased so far.

Perfect for students that need a laptop for school. I would definitely recommend Office 365. I had to deactivate s-mode to use lockdown browser for proctored online courses but that was really easy.
