Dont waste your time or money going to a computer repair shop to have the display replaced. This is the perfect replacement display and easy to do yourself. I removed the old display and put this one in, it looks like I just bought a new laptop.

I replaced my laptop screen in late February (it is now 3 May) with this screen from Screentek Inc. My screen just stopped working for no apparent reason. It was not dropped, it did not go through temperature changes. I did the DELL troubleshooting steps and even checked all the connections. It is just not working. Amazon offered to allow me to return that screen and I ordered a new one. That is great customer service. Ive since learned that the problem is not with the screen it is with the Dell Laptop. Others have reported the same issue. Replace a screen for whatever reason and the new screen doesnt work either. This is due to it shorting out something in the motherboard. It is not worth it to replace the motherboard on a $300 laptop. So I write this to warn other Dell laptop owners that it is an issue. You may not experience this issue but through some research at the Dell forums it is an apparent issue.

This is a really good screen. My son cracked the screen on my laptop and I didnt want to pay no crazy money to get it fixed so I looked up a few how to youtube videos, bought the screen and installed it in about 15 min. It came quick after ordering and works excellent.

My Toshiba laptop originally had the V.2, and this seems to be an overall improvement. The color appears to be more vivid, and the circuit board on the back is batter protected. It installed with no issues and is working great. Some folks have complained that the viewing angle isnt wide enough on this monitor, and while that is true I dont remember the original being particularly great in that respect, so at least it does not seem to be a downgrade from the original. Packaging was great as well and there is no way that this thing would have been damaged by the shipping. Overall Im quite happy with the purchase, and would buy it again if I needed to replace another monitor (hopefully I wont!)

You can use V.6 model in place of B156XW02 V.2 BOTTOM LEFT CONNECTOR. Everyone selling this item on Amazon, as well as the entire internet, states you MUST use a replacement screen with the EXACT SAME model number. WRONG!! This model actually works just fine. The seller sent me the V.6 instead of the V.2. I installed it instead of going through the hassle of returning it and it works perfectly. This is used for a minimum of 4 hours a day and has been for about a month. Hopefully, this review will save somebody the headache in searching for a replacement LCD.

I ordered this screen for a gateway laptop that I broke the screen on...it wasnt the same model number replacement screen in the description but was 100 % compatible and I installed it with no problems...I received a Samsung screen. Its nice..quality is good..... its packaged nicely..Im very happy

I bought this for a family members Acer Aspire 5552 who also had a broken keyboard at the same time. The picture looks great better than the original. This is the newer version v.6 so do not worry if yours is older it will still work just fine. To change the display it does not take long for a person that can handle a screw driver and can be gentle. Anyone can do this just dont rush what you are doing, if you have never done one before, spend the time on the internet & youtube showing you how. The process for a average person takes 30mins but it if take you longer that is ok too. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a replacement display for their laptop! This item arrived quickly, came in excellent shape and you dont want to spend a lot of money.

seems brighter than the original Toshiba screen. however i have noticed a tendency for it to dim down a bit for no apparent reason and then spontaneously brighten again. would return it except for the fact that it is too expensive to ship back to the US from the Caribbean so I am praying it holds up otherwise.

I have to say that although this screen is working in my laptop but this product model number is different that I purchased, another thing there is a light spot in this screen that I purchased and as you know it shows about some defect but totally based on price it worth to buy.
