> 3 dayI don’t care much for screen quality so skip this review if you’re looking for that. It was good enough for me. What surprised me is the fact that I was able to use this as a replacement for a completely different version of the screen. The connector was on the left side as it needed to be and it fit perfectly, the screw holes even lined up with the frame. Good product, but I hope I never have to buy one again, nothing personal :P

> 3 dayI would recommend this product to anyone who needs a quick and easy fix. Watched a YouTube video and was able to disassemble the laptop screen in less than 10 minutes. Verified the part number and then ordered this screen. It arrived quick (Prime Shipping is Awesome!) and was super easy to install. I had my kids laptop up and running in no time. Product was packaged good and was is perfect condition.

> 3 dayI replaced my laptop screen in late February (it is now 3 May) with this screen from Screentek Inc. My screen just stopped working for no apparent reason. It was not dropped, it did not go through temperature changes. I did the DELL troubleshooting steps and even checked all the connections. It is just not working. Amazon offered to allow me to return that screen and I ordered a new one. That is great customer service. Ive since learned that the problem is not with the screen it is with the Dell Laptop. Others have reported the same issue. Replace a screen for whatever reason and the new screen doesnt work either. This is due to it shorting out something in the motherboard. It is not worth it to replace the motherboard on a $300 laptop. So I write this to warn other Dell laptop owners that it is an issue. You may not experience this issue but through some research at the Dell forums it is an apparent issue.

Greater than one weekArrived yesterday and I was able to fix my laptop in about fifteen minutes. Screen was well packaged and came in perfect condition. Looks just as good as my old laptop screen if not better. It says screen is either matte or glossy based on availability. I got a glossy.

Greater than one weekIf you have half a clue what you are doing it is GREAT! Very easy to change out, but if you are not used to working with fragile electronic parts I would think of looking at a shop to fix it. This is a great screen but you do have to be careful as with most all electronics and if you are not you could tear a ribbon cable. If you tear a ribbon cable (or connector for that matter) you may be looking at replacing the laptop anyway. If you are up to it, it is WELL WORTH the cost!

> 3 dayMy wife managed to break the screen on her new HP Pavilion. I contacted HP support and was quoted $450 to fix!! Thats 1/2 the price of the laptop! After tearing apart and searching online, I found this screen for about a 1/4 of the price! Once I had the machine apart, took 15 minutes to put back together. Looks as good as new! Couldnt be happier!

> 3 dayEasy to install if you know what youre doing, you just plug it in the back. One dead pixel, but its hardly noticeable.

> 3 dayI recently broke the screen on my Dell laptop and starting shopping around to have it repaired. After several quotes in the $400 to $600 range I decided to look into replacing the screen myself. I am the least mechanical person I know but I was not willing to pay more for a screen replacement than the original cost of the laptop. I searched online and emailed several merchants that carried the product I was looking for. The email responses from ViewOne were prompt, professional and very helpful. They verified that they had the screen that I needed in stock and I placed the order on Tuesday afternoon...The screen arrived the NEXT DAY! I live in a remote area and nothing ever gets here in one day...EVER! It was very well packaged and was an exact match for my old screen. I replaced the screen and put the laptop back together and it works perfect. I wont get into how to replace a laptop screen because there are a lot of tutorials online. I will say that it was not very difficult even for a tech idiot like me. Be patient, use a small screwdriver and do it yourself.
