I had to order a replacement screen after one of our laptops was dropped. Thank god for a great youtube video on the replacement process and thank god for Amazon Prime for 2 day shipping. This product was perfect, it arrived perfectly packaged and well protected. The screen was installed in about 10 minutes and the quality of the display is very good.

I have to say that although this screen is working in my laptop but this product model number is different that I purchased, another thing there is a light spot in this screen that I purchased and as you know it shows about some defect but totally based on price it worth to buy.

Easy to install if you know what youre doing, you just plug it in the back. One dead pixel, but its hardly noticeable.

And a breeze to install, so long as you read the directions! I used the Dell manual, and took a few pics of wire configurations prior to dissemble, which I highly recommend; not every model is identical to the manual.
