I really like the design of this pill box. It holds a lot of pills -- the photo shows three large pills, and the half-filled container could easily hold 5-7 more of the same size. Plus that many again on the other side. Divided into morning and night, it makes split dosages much easier to manage. And its attractive. The translucent black case looks great sitting on the counter, and without opening it I can read the days on the individual pill holders inside. This would work really well filling all containers at the beginning of the week and then removing that days pill box so it can go with to work or be carried throughout the day. I can fill and pack only three of them for a weekend away instead of an entire long pill box case. The large holding container is divided into individual sections so that the pill boxes stay in one spot, a very thoughtful addition. It opens and closes easily with a little thumb pressure on the latch. The individual day boxes require a bit of fingernail or thumbnail action to open them. They do not easily open with only thumb pressure. This is nice from a safety standpoint -- the box is less likely to open on its own if bumped in a handbag or briefcase. On the other hand, it may prove a challenge for arthritic hands. At just under $10, I feel that this is an excellent value for anyone needing to hold a relatively large number of pills twice per day.

As someone who takes a lot of pills, I love organizers that have removable day compartments. These are easy to get in and out and thin enough to be carried in a pocket (of a jacket - my pants never have pockets but thats a separate complaint). The entire pillbox is about the size of a paperback book and for having plastic closures, they stay pretty securely closed. I inadvertently dropped the pillbox and it didnt open. I did also notice that the pillbox is recyclable.

These carry a good amount of pills/vitamins each and are very well made. The entire case is well packaged for carrying or storing as a week-long unit. When traveling for less than a week I can take out just the days I will be gone. Well labeled and sturdy, too! Great value.

After reading so many reviews, Good and bad, I really didn’t know what to expect. I’ve tried numerous other pill organizers. This one is a keeper. Easy to use. Sturdy. Big enough for vitamins and medications. But not huge where it’s bulky. Love that each day has its own small container. And each small container closes and opens easily. Very secure, No accidentally opening by itself. Or me thinking I’ve closed it and it is not.

I am beyond thrilled with this product. I have bought two already. It is made very well, sturdy, and an incredible way to store your daily pills. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone that needs to take daily medication. Definite thumbs up!

This is a well made pill case that offers individual box for each day. Great for traveling or outing. The lids close securely and the material seems very good and durable. This is going to save me time each morning before getting out of the door. Only have to count out meds once a week now!

Overall this is a good product. The individual containers are a little hard to get out individually but it isnt detrimental to the overall quality. 10/10 would recommend.

The AUVON XL Weekly Pill Organizer is a great way to organize your meds into a 2X/day plan. Plastic pieces have great fitment and the organizer is easy to handle, even with arthritis and peripheral neuropathy.
