This is a nice pill case but my only complaint is it looks bigger in pictures - there are two compartments. I would say each compartment holds maybe 2-3 pills. If you take a lot of horsepill supplemts like herbal supplements, its not going to fit that many but if you take a normal amount of pills 3-4 in the morning and 3-4 at night it should do well. Its small - the whole thing fits in the palm of my hand. Ive seen nicer pill cases so I would say this one is solid and I recommend it for people who are younger who dont take a lot of pills and supplements every day like us old folks do.

Its absolutely a god send for our daily meds. Would it be better if it had a middle compartment each day for afternoon meds? ABSOLUTELY! Does this detract from the fact that these pill sorters are AMAZING? It does not! So normally, you see pill sorters that have your daily meds laid out, and sometimes they even separate the days into morning and night meds; but the whole thing is normally one unit. With these pill sorters, you can take todays meds and throw the case in your purse or even in your pocket. This way, you have your meds with you wherever you go. You dont have to take your whole weeks worth of meds with you everywhere.
