This stuff if great. I take 10,000 IU in the am and 10,000 IU in the pm as instructed per my physician. It has made a huge difference in how I feel.

I have wasted so much money or cheaper products trying to get my levels up. I now buy this. I take it twice a day and finally I am feeling better and my levels are rising. Now if I can just get my anemia under control. :)

Necessary supplement, decent value

Good for bariatric patients, who need different for absorption. Plus all America needs Vitamin D, especially bariatric patients.

Not everyone has a dry formula which I prefer

I paid $35 for the same product at my chiropractors office--this is obviously much more reasonable. Dry Vitamin D is supposed to be much easier for your body to absorb and studies suggest Vitamn D (particularly D3) may be instrumental in preventing cancer. If that is the case, I have little to lose and much to gain by adding this to my regimen!

My vitamin d levels are very low because I do not absorb fat based vitamins. These are made to eliminate that problem. These have helped a lot.

They stink. Literally.
