Got this right away. Since I have used this product my bone density has actually gotten better. I have not had Bariatric surgery but my Dr. wanted me to take this dose and I found this dry form of the vitamin D. I also take calcium suppliments and magnesium so, my Dr. said keep doing what ever you are doing as it is working. Easy to take.

I paid $35 for the same product at my chiropractors office--this is obviously much more reasonable. Dry Vitamin D is supposed to be much easier for your body to absorb and studies suggest Vitamn D (particularly D3) may be instrumental in preventing cancer. If that is the case, I have little to lose and much to gain by adding this to my regimen!

My count came up by 10 points after three months. I have been fighting this deficiency for a few years..I am now officially normal.

You know the deal if vitamin capsule doesn’t dissolve then vitamin doesn’t get digested. 5 years of blood show D3 levels back in normal range in annual physical.

I only give it 3 stars because I thought it was a chewable vitamin. I have to break open each capsule and dissolve it in water.

Good for bariatric patients, who need different for absorption. Plus all America needs Vitamin D, especially bariatric patients.
