I have the 1980A-SS Bearing Buddies on my trailer. I broke the blue spool by scraping it against my gate. Etrailer.com said I have to purchase new a bearing. I emailed BearingBuddy.com and Millie sent me a new blue spool with circlip free of charge....WOW! WHAT SERVICE! Totally pleased with Millie at Bearing Buddy! Great product. Just dont be a dummy like me and scrape it against your gate!

This is a nice product. It wouldnt work with my trailer, { my fault,} but I know eventually I will be able to use it.

took very little tapping of a hammer to et these to seat and greasing was easy. instructions are good and they keep my bearings cool and prevent water from creeping in on my boat trailer

I USED THIS PRODUCT ON A TRAILER TO HAUL MY RANGER. EASY TO INSTALL. DIRECTIONS COULD HAVE BEEN MORE DETAIL, I.E. DO YOU FILL THE BUDDY WITH LUBE BEFORE INSTALLING OR AFTER. I FILLED IT AFTER AND WORKED FINE.

Easy installation

I put these on a boat trailer and have lost both of them while transporting my boat to the lake

I have used these for years and years. I would not have a boat trailer without them. This set went on a wood splitter, somehow it got water in the bearings. Made in the U.S. parts were just over $100.00, to replace the bearings and seals. The Bearing Buddies would have prevented that cost, and the time to replace them. Thankfully I caught them before a brake down.

I did not get the blue auto check feature that I ordered.
