This puzzle is made of wood and very sturdy. The cool thing is that on one side of each piece are uppercase letters and the other side are all lower case, so you can arrange the puzzle going right to left or left to right. Hence, “BeginAgain”.

This is a beautiful well-make wooden puzzle. Each piece is beautiful. Such fun for kids to get to know the animal names and how to piece together a puzzle. I highly recommend.

My 4 year old nephew LOVED it. It’s sturdy, fun, and different. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a top or a cover, so the puzzle pieces easily fall out if it gets knocked over or put in a bag.

In the CITY A TO Z puzzle what do so many of the letters stand for......its hard for the adults to decifer. Please include the meaning of the letters in the game next time.

Yes i do love this puzzle for my grandson. We adults all took turns trying to figure out the animals. Got stumped in N for nightingale. Hoping my grandson will stick with it as he cant figure it out yet at age 2. I may trace the shapes with a soft pencil to help for now. Also planning to glue the list on the back for future reference.

I ordered this puzzle for my 4-year old grandson. He has the BeginAgain Animal Parade puzzle and loved it so much I decided to order the Farm puzzle. These puzzles really challenged him (and me) the first few times of trying to put it together. I have to admit that my grandson got the hang of it before I did and soon had it memorized. He also likes to assemble the puzzle standing it up rather than flat on the table which is a bit more challenging. While learning how the pieces fit, hes also learning the alphabet and what letters come next. The puzzles are well made. Wed love to see more styles available in this type of puzzle. Id definitely recommend these puzzles for hours of fun.

My niece is only 2 1/2, but I gave her the 1-10 numbered snail for her 2nd birthday, and she figured that out quickly. She loves this one, and although she knows her ABCs, she is still working on figuring out how to put this together. She doesnt quite get that lower case and upper case make a difference. It actually is a challenging puzzle to put together anyway, even with a picture to look at. Overall, I think shell get a few good years of use out of this. I just wish it had a lid for the box.

My 2 year old perfected this by 25 months. Bought him it for his 2 year birthday because he loves puzzles. Keeps him busy. Hell complete this over and over 5 times before bed. Keeps him occupied for me to get dishes done. Sturdy. Great quality.

I should have looked at the image more closely because I have several problems with the images on the puzzle: 1) All of the people represented (although two of them are genderless astronaut cartoons, they are named on the back) are men -- no women at all are shown; 2) telescopes do not stick out of their domes -- the whole point of a dome is to protect the telescope; 3) There cannot be a star in front of the disk of the Moon, even when its seen as crescent, because the stars are all further away from Earth than the Moon; and 4) Venus does not have highly structured clouds but rather a quite featureless atmosphere. I could go on (the size of Saturns rings relative to the planet, the location of the continents on the globe), but suffice it to say that Im returning it.
