This does seem to work if taken regularly and 3 times a day as described. Has no taste. Dissolves better in hot liquids rather than cold liquids.

Product is meant to regulate. It does so superbly. Easy to use in any liquid. Dissolves easily, no taste.

I am a senior who has suffered..I mean suffered with constipation for years. Didnt want to get hooked on laxatives, so worked with Metamucil, Citrocel, prune juice, and a few others. Nothing helped. Without going into too much detail, I discovered Benefiber and...VOILA!!! Without being too graphic...I have never experienced the....shall we say; volume(?) of a bm in my life! I feel like my entire large intestine has been purged of feces top to bottom. At first I thought it was maybe a one time benefit; but it has now been several weeks of the same. When youre as old as I am (92), a good bm is as close to sex as youll get; sad to say. To paraphrase the immortal Stones, I can now say I DO get satisfaction.

I started taking 2 teaspoons daily at the advice of my gastroenterologist to address issues relating to bowel movements. I have been taking this for about a year along with a probiotic. My condition has significantly improved. So I am going to continue it.

If you suffer from chronic constipation, get this ASAP. I bought it just to supplement my diet and get more fiber in, but the results are definitely what you expect. I only use it if I need help in that area now
