I’m sure this product works but I’ll never know because I ordered it based on the web description that says “gluten free” and it is NOT gluten free. Contains wheat.

I take it every day and it really helps. It’s flavorless and dissolves super easy. Highly recommend

The biggest issue is that it does alter the flavor in some foods/drinks. Add it to water and it tastes like you are drinking from a cheap paper cup. Ever do spitwads in school? Yep, same taste.

A little scoop in your morning coffee works wonders! Flavorless and odorless.

It is tasteless, colorless and disolves in cold or warm beverages. It works with no cramping effect.

I just received. First time trying this. It does dissolve fast and is tasteless. Not sure how it’s going to work. I know when I am lacking in fiber when my underwear has skid marks at the end of the day and my poop is soft and I have to wipe multiple times after. In the past fiber has helped eliminate that 100%. If this does the same I’ll update my review and give 5 stars. For now the rating is based on having no flavor and dissolving quickly.
